Hello and Welcome to Thirdway's training department!
 
The training department working collaboratively with all other departments will be responsible for ensuring that all staff and volunteers either currently possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for excellent performance of their duties. Training department staff is also charged with developing and making available programs that ensure the continuous development of staff and volunteer professional competencies.
The department would be engaged in ensuring online training programmes and preparation of required training materials for the organisation
